Creation & Implementation all new hire and ongoing

training materials for Eagle Tax Services Inc., a new

Franchise introduced by United Financial Services Group

in 2007. Development of software training as well as,

recruiting, customer service, marketing, tax law changes

and on- site training. In our first three years in

business, I had full responsibility to train over 60

owners/preparers and administration personnel.

. Responsible for the Creation and Implementation of the

Company Operations Manual, with responsibility to edit

Franchisee Intranet site.
