REFINERY EXPERIENCE

I currently have 36 years Refinery Oil related experience with various

Refinery companies. Such as Mohawk oil, Getty Refining and Marketing,

Texaco oil, Equilon, Shell oil, Big West of California, Alon USA.

I started in 1977 in our Operations Dept. I have five years' operating

experience in various operating units. To Include the Crude unit, Boilers

and Waste Water units, Tanks just to name a few.

I have numerous years working in our General Maintenance Dept. as# 1 Lead

Craftsman Mechanic.

I also have 4 years experience working as a New Construction Coordinator,

and Project Coordinator.

I've also worked in excess of 20 Years as a T/A planner and General

Maintenance Planner.

I have 15 Years working as Maintenance Supervisor. To include dealing with

represented and non represented employee with company and personal issues.

During Turnarounds I have worked as a T/A coordinator planner, building

plans for all T/A scheduled activities. I worked with our planning group

building job scope for bidding. And as a Supervisor I play a key roll in

managing execution of all job plans. I have experience working with

contractors and third party contractors to acquire bids for Jobs. I

schedule and chair job bid meeting. I have experience writing SOP for

approval prior to bidding job.

I Supervised planed and coordinate all maintenance act ivies for over

twenty five years. I also have experience with all types Refinery units.

Hydro crackers Hydrogen plants Reformers units Crude units Coker plants.

With equipment such as Exchangers - Heaters - Drums - Towers - Reactors -

Cleaning Tanks and Piping. Also worked as plant Line Rider during plant

outages.

Computer Programs we used were Orbit - SAP - Microsoft Project - Excel.

With Alon USA I was Plant Maintenance Supervisor. Managing our Instrument

Dept. Electrical Dept. Mechanical and general Maintenance Dept. Until plant

closure.

I conducted daily OEM meetings with Operations to manage plant KPI's. I was

also Maintenance Supervisor at our Coker plant.

Teaching Assignment, I'm assigned as New Employee Trainer for various

Maintenance Training seminars for our Maintenance Department.

Please keep in mind, all our Jobs and experience time run together, we are

required to work numerous positions at the same time at this facility.

Plant related experience

I was a member of our Plant Safety Steering Committee. With a goal to

manage all plant safety teams and programs. To provide guidance and assist

with development in mind.

A Safety BEATS Team Member, BEATS is (Behavioral Based Safety Process)

I have been a member of Sumit Incident Investigating Team.

I help Facilitate all Safety Programs and Plant Roll Outs for all

employees.

I have worked at our LA Plant and Antescortes Plants numerous times as a

Turnaround Maintenance Supervisor and Consultant.

At our Coker Plant, I chaired our Daily OEM Operations /Maintenance

Schedule Building Meetings. That is to also include our Reliability Coke

Handling weekly Meeting, with Operations / Maintenance to also include all

Coke Handling Contractors.

I conduct Daily Safety Meeting for all Maintenance personal at our plant,

to include performing daily Job Audits. I also assist with monthly all

hands Safety Meeting that are attended by Operations / Maintenance

personal and all contract companies on site.
