Direct and schedule all local city and county works projects with the use of at risk youth, ages 16 to 25,

along with a team of State Certified personnel.

Responsible for the Weatherization Project in which 450 square miles of Los Angeles County, labeled

Area "D", is covered.

CCLB is under contract with Long Beach Community Action Partnership (LBCAP) as a subcontractor servicing

this area with Energy Efficent Weatherization to low income families.

Worked with numerous grants, amounts up to $17,000,000, which assist with lowering energy costs and

upgrading Area "D".

Oversee all aspects of these projects, from start to finish, including the billing and State inspections.

• Design for security and lighting, maintaining and adding esthetic value for properties.

• Maintain multiple high rise buildings and all of their complexity.

• Estimating, take plans for new projects and renovations, purchasing materials, budgeting, blue prints, etc.

performance.

• Maintain relationships with vendors in all fields and city officials regarding permits, building codes, etc.

• Review and process payouts on signed contracts and work invoices.

• Work closely with District Managers to make sure that all of their construction and maintenance needs are

being met.

• Regular travel to visit all facilities. On site facility maintenance manager in the Corporate Office.

• Project Manager on all remodeling of manager’s apartments, all phases from start until completion.

• Consultant for various maintenance and construction issues for all the Nevada & California facilities.
