Noc Shift RN Supervisor: Currently I function as the Noc shift supervisor for an Alzheimers and Dementia facility. I am responsible for overseeing 140 bed care center, along with supervising LVNs, CNAs and other unlicensed personnel. I do admissions, discharges; work with Hospice, Social Workers and Therapists to maintain the continuum of care. I implement care plans along with following the policies and procedures of my facility. I facilitate the care between the Doctors and Dentists that visit the residents.
