Construction Manager- Oversaw staff, coordinated/facilitated (engineering and contractors) civil, structural, mechanical, BOP, substation, switch yard, startup and O&M turn over packages and training (Through first Fire) from conception to completion of a 350MW (8-unit, General Electric F- 6B Euros Simple Cycle (SC) Natural Gas-Fired Peaking Power Generating Project including substation for Exelon Calumet Power, East Chicago, IL.

Construction and maintenance contracts on the 42 buildings, barge unloading facility (USACE), (GE LM 2500’s (SC) and combined cycle (GE LM6000’s (CC) power plants (HRSGs).

Contracted to PUBLIC SERVICE INDIANA ENERGY Site Construction Supervisor - Oversaw dismantling and installation, checkout, startup of $11M Electrostatic Precipitator, ID and FD Fans and associated Exhaust Flue duct Systems, for existing Wabash I through VI Re powering Fossil Power Projects.

Contracted to BABCOCK & WILCOX Construction Manager – Engineering, (Contracts), construction $200M EP C/M contract for a 45MW Chemical-Recovery Recovery boiler, (BOP, evaporators and cooling systems) including Testing, Checkout, Startup and O&M training for a Recovery Island Cogeneration Facility at James River Naheola Mill.

PROCTER & GAMBLE CELLULOSE Contract- Quality Control Engineer- QC Procedures, P&G’s Technical Specifications, prepared surveillance / inspection plans and developed QC procedures, performed surveillance, NCRs, audit of P&G’s and contractors QC systems and construction inspection, P&Gs new CMMS and existing Maximo programs, verified vendor drawing procedures. Project Engineer– Renovation and start-up of TRS and R8 modernization Capital Projects and the rebuild of a Smelter Type Recovery Boiler and BOP systems including startup at a 1200-ton per day Pulp Mill.

Contracted to FLUOR DANIEL Facilities Engineer- Design, estimates, specifications for construct ability and preventative/predictive maintenance programs on Capital expansion Projects for DuPont (Delta Projects Nylon) Fiber and Polymer Facilities.

Contracted to UNC RECLAMATION Construction Manager- Responsible for dismantling of Uranium Recovery site and construction and Startup of Chemical Solvent Extraction (crystals and heavy metals) Plant in compliance with state and federal effluent and emission regulations and a Heat Recovery conversion of a Universal Pressure Boiler.

Contracted to GASSER ASSOCIATES Startup Manager- Assumed completion and startup leadership of behind-schedule, recovered time deficit and met original project completion dates (renovation and expansion) on a Water Filtration and Treatment Project.

Contracted to BEVERLY CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING, INC Construction Manager- Negotiated a WBE claim with the USACE and construction completion, Start-up of a Water Treatment and Pumping Station Project, associated with of the USACE Earth Dam Project, (Commercial).

Contracted to GIBBS & HILL, INC Nuclear Safety Engineer- Oversee (training, audit and monitor) two (2) prime and seven (7) subcontractors, compliance with NRC Safety Procedures and TECOs Safety Program on Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plants.

Contracted to PULLMAN POWER PRODUCTS INC Nuclear Area Mechanical Superintendent- Installation of seismic and rupture restrains, hangers and all BOP, mechanical and piping systems including and startup per NRC Appendix R on Diablo Canyon I and II Nuclear Power Plants, (annual Union craft labor Contract).
