PRIDE INTERNATIONAL 2005-2007) Corporate Maintenance Manager, developed standards for the fleet wide maintenance program.

TRANSOCEAN DEEPWATER/INTERNATIONAL DRILLING (2002-2005) Operations Technical Support Manager for North America, responsible for technical field support for all offshore vessels, including 7 Fifth Generation vessels, including repairs, procurement, maintenance as well as the review and coordination of over 50 Million dollars in capital and maintenance budgets. Responsible for a department of 4 managers as well as administrative staff supporting a total department staff of over 60 support personnel.

TRANSOCEAN DEEPWATER/INTERNATIONAL DRILLING (2001-2002) Preventive Maintenance Manager for North America, responsible for the coordination of maintenance practices throughout 13 high specification drilling vessels. Conducted review of maintenance practices resulting in a reduction of over 2 Million dollars.

R&B FALCON DRILLING (1998 - 2001) Preventive Maintenance Specialist/Mechanical Supervisor based in the corporate Engineering Department, conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis, identifying design and installation deficiencies with major equipment. Successfully conducted thruster design and installation review on new built vessels, resulting in warranty covered corrective action adding over two years to thruster seal life, resulting in extended drydocking intervals. Established a fleet wide vibration analysis and an infrared survey program, extending the life and increasing the reliability of critical equipment.

UNITED STATES NAVY - Lieutenant Commander/Engineering - 29 Years. BOARD OF INSPECTION & SURVEY - Norfolk, Virginia Governments Warranty): Engineer / Inspector: (1995-1998) Directed the program of inspection, validation and certification of a variety of high-tech electrical/electronic controllers, power generation, and computer information systems onboard US Navy ships. Identified deficiencies, outlined operational and safety shortcomings, and recommended/implemented remedial actions to ensure 1OO% operability of engineering systems for over 30 vessels. Interfaced extensively with contractors and ship's personnel, led inspection teams, drafted comprehensive summary reports, and ensured contractual compliance by supply and service vendors.

USS SIMON LAKE (AS-33) - La Madelena Sardinia Chief Engineer: Managed the engineering department and steam plant of a 30-year old submarine tender raising it to the finest material condition of any in the fleet

SUBMARINE BASE PEARL HARBOR - Hull Repair Officer: Directed managers and technical staff of 200+ in the complex repair of nuclear submarine structural and hull systems including the manufacture, machining and installation of critical parts and systems.

USS KITTIWAKE (ASR-13) - Norfolk, Virginia Chief Engineer/Senior Watch Officer: Managed the engineering department of a submarine rescue vessel, directing the efforts of 3 divisions and 30 personnel in the operation and maintenance of a diesel propulsion and power generation plant.

Handled the full range of technical and engineering capacities from hands-on maintenance to supervision and training of divisions of up to 200 personnel.
