Carik Services is a flowers by wire service, they compete with FTD

and Teleflora. I am a Regional

manager and my area consists of California, Washington, Oregon,

Nevada, New Mexico and Arizona. I

am responsible for seven outside sales representatives. As Regional

Manager I travel extensively

spending one week in the office and the next out on the road with

the sales representatives visiting retail

florists. I am responsible for attaining sales quotas set by the CEO

of the company, hiring, training,

salary, approving all paperwork, setting schedules for reps and

Irvine office in Southern California
