Coordinated clean-up efforts for a large resin release at a large alkyl-phenol resin manufacturer involving over a dozen internal responders as well as clean-up contractors.
Oversee the Personal Protective and Emergency Response Equipment program for a large alkyl-phenol resin manufacturer in New York State.
Implement the Hot Work and Confined space programs for outside contractors and personnel at a large alkyl-phenol resin manufacturer in New York State.
Managed and facilitated the development of the "Extreme Temperature Guide for Supervisors" and "Pocket Guide for Employees" to be distributed throughout New York State. These documents will aid state workers in working safely in extreme heat and cold.
Established, coordinated the development of approximately twenty (20) safety and health curriculum for worksite delivery. Over a four (4) year period ninety-six safety and health courses.
Coordinated and delivered over fifty (50) OSHA safety training courses to over 1100 state maintenance personnel within a five month period.
Directed and managed the remediation/recycling efforts of approximately 200 tons of contaminated soil at a Massachusetts coatings company. The soil was excavated and asphalt batched to create a parking lot for the loading dock area.
Developed and established an emergency communication system within a stain manufacturer. The facility was a 150,000 sq. ft. facility with approximately 250 employees handling 20,000 - 30,000 lbs. of flammable solvents on a daily basis.
