OBJECTIVE

Founded Abacus RFID Solutions, Inc., a 1 year old RFID Systems Integrator and Value Added Reseller company.

Involved in every aspect of business startup and development with an emphasis on RFID DoD compliance

solutions. Built up an installed base of 50 Abacus customers providing complete DoD mandated passive RFID

solutions through sales of RFID hardware, software and recurring RFID pre-encoded tags. Developed 2 major

RFID projects which are still in process.

Experienced executive manager having filled positions including CEO, COO, CFO and CIO of a $5M, 30

employee company with multiple locations, Ideal Computer Services. Was Founder and Owner of The

Laser Printer Team, a 3 employee $300K 12 year old small business.

Spearheaded the implementation of a DoD compliance e-marketing campaign initiated in July 2007,which

has developed the following results:

o Built a base of 50 DoD supplier customers

o 40 are regular recurring RFID service bureau label customers

o 7 customers have purchased RFID printing solutions including provisions for ASN/WAWF

o Over 15,000 RFID tags have been printed/encoded and delivered

o 20 short range RFID readers have been sold

Overall development and growth of company though the sales of RFID products and services.

Achievements

Spearheading a custom application written in PHP & Curl that extracts contracts from public web based

files that were awarded with an RFID labeling requirement by the DoD.

Creating a comprehensive website that provides the customer with specific product information while

providing the customer RFID educational resources promoting the RFID industry.

1. Developed custom UHF RFID tags to be embedded in a DoD suppliers product in order to add

2. Developed a UHF laundry tag which will withstand harsh cleaning environments for First

expand Ideal s market from 3 states to National by leveraging the Fortune 500 company s 1700 field

service/support engineers, also resulting in enhancing and broadening the service offerings of both

companies. Maintenance agreement revenue increased by 8% in the 1 6 months.

As President/CEO, re-formulated company s strategy to focus on Disaster Recovery services for the

company s existing installed base which provided additional recurring revenue with an 85% agross profit

margin.

As VP Operations, formed a management team from a flat business structure that allowed for more

productive use of time and paved the way for promotion to President/CEO.

As a Field Engineer, drafted and executed internal training programs for the field engineers by assigning

specific areas of technical training to each engineer, so that everyone got a chance to teach and be taught.
