I am a US Citizen and seasoned banker (experienced both in operations and credit). I have also worked on the other side for conglomerate groups in the capacity of CFO. My experience is in Dubai UAE and Saudi Arabia. Considering my extensive experience, I feel confident to take any challenging position. PROFILE SUMMARY:

I am a seasoned international banker having all-around extensive experience in Corporate Banking and Operations with core competencies in Commercial/Corporate Credit (including structured finance) and Operations (Trade Finance). I carry a wealth of 22 years international banking experience which I have gained from the platforms of, Standard Chartered Bank - UAE, First Chicago Bank - UAE, The Saudi British Bank - Saudi Arabia and Saudi Hollandi Bank - Saudi Arabia.

I also possess rich experience working on the other side of the table with multinational conglomerate groups as the top man in Finance, Risk Management and Strategic Decision Making working with the Board of Directors and the Chairman. My responsibilities besides CFO`s included merger and acquisition management, large ticket fund raising, overall financial management of projects, balance management, business transformation, developing the Strategic & Operating Plan, Annual Operating Plan/Budgeting and also implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning System and Internal Audit management. I was successful in several large size acquisitions of steel companies and arranging Projects Finance.

My Achievements:

* Single handedly managed to raise $ 85 million Syndicated Project Finance (provided

by overseas international banks) for a new Steel Mill in Karachi Pakistan.

* Single handedly managed to raise SAR 200 million ($ 53.33 million) for acquisition of a

Steel Mill in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

* Single handedly arranged Project Finance $ 53.33 million for a Steel Mill in Dammam,

Saudi Arabia.

* Actively participated in a Private Sale of $ 162 million and was successful in bringing

several investors to the group.

* Significantly contributed in acquisition of Pakistan Steel by creating a consortium of

international buyers consisting of Saudi, Russian and Pakistani groups.

* Spearheaded the team in bidding process for acquisition of Suez Steel Company,

Egypt (Final sale price US$ 154 million). Although our bid was the highest yet we stood

at second best because the bid process was eventually converted into an auction.

* Spearheaded the team in bidding process for acquisition of ARCOSTEEL, Cairo Egypt

(Final sale price US$ 270 million). Prior to submission our bid, I managed to create a

consortium of international buyers with firm commitment to participate in equity and

additionally obtained commitment of BNP Paribas for raising the debt required for

acquisition. Although our bid was the highest yet we stood at second best because the

bid process was eventually converted into an auction.

* Being head of a Finance Team actively worked, negotiated and obtained four offers for

Bond Issue i.e. Barclays Capital & Riyadh Bank for US$ 500 million, Saudi Hollandi

Bank for US$ 500 million, BNP Paribas, Bahrain for US$ 500 million and HSBC/ Saudi

British Bank for US$ 850 million.

* Managed to obtain Banking Facilities offer from Miser Bank, Egypt package covering

credit facilities amounting over US$ 35 million long term loans for a Gold Factory in

Egypt.

* Negotiated Business Transformation engagement contract with Ernst & Young. I

undertook the role of Engagement Coordinator and senior member of Engagement

Steering Committee to oversee the overall management and execution of engagement

in respect of Business Transformation and good governance.

* Negotiated Internal Audit outsourcing engagement agreement with Ernst & Young.

Being CEO of the Group, I played the role of -Client Liaison-.

* Introduced -Daily Reports- of all the entities of the group.

* Managed to complete Budget for the first time for each entity of the group on a

cohesive format.

* Introduced innovative procedure for hiring managers and GMs, (and hired several

GMs), whereby part of their salaries were linked to their performance incentive and

thus the Managers and GM were self-motivated and monitoring of their performance

was automated.

* First time prepared Authority Matrix for the group and got them approved.

* Provided on job Training to several bank staff of different background. Motivated and

groomed Saudi staff.

* Introduced a backup team system for executives of the SABB Corporate Banking

Credit Department which was found to be very useful to manage the portfolio and

customers urgent and important requests expeditiously on a daily basis.

* Introduced -Positive Banking- in SABB, an innovative product oriented towards non-

interest banking.

* Set a high record of customer calling program (marketing) in SABB as well as in Saudi

Hollandi Bank and significantly improved the quality of assets (advances).

Having already worked with group of companies and banks, I am confident that I possess the experience and qualifications necessary to make an immediate positive contribution. I am looking for a challenging job in the following areas:

* Internal Audit

* Management of credit relationships, preparation of credit evaluation proposals for

banking facilities and marketing commercial and corporate customers (lending side).

Also management of watch list clients and non-performing customers. Preparation of

Guarantee and Bills.
