Package. Delivered the content of a specific Work Package by achieving the agreed QCD.

• Manage all WP activities and action plans in line with QCD commitment

• Ensure all WP activities follow Sector Quality Assurance processes

• Ensure full transparency of WP QCD performance (including physical progress) at all times, in

line with Sector standard reporting requirements

• Follow the monthly WP review cycle, highlighting main variances against the QCD

• Conducted review of molding tool usage to streamline when maintenance is preformed, resulting

in a reduction of 10% for the time a tool spent undergoing preventative maintenance.

• Tracked scrap from machines during the course of operations and which saved over $32,000 in

reduced scrap annually.

• Timed studied the indirect employees and charted tool changeovers such that the department

was able to reduce its head count by two, and realized a budgetary gain of $70,000.
