Lead a department consisting of over 1000 restaurants and $1B in annual sales. Aggressively expand international brand
presence; screen and select prospective franchisees throughout the region, map new and existing markets and plan long-
term restaurant growth. Lead site selection process, increasing restaurant openings. Work with prospective and existing
franchisees to develop business plans for international markets to ensure profitable and timely brand growth. Negotiation
of development agreements, target reservation agreements, and franchise agreements. Coordinate the activities of eight
franchise groups and company operations in Mexico with over 400 restaurants in the market.
