concerns. Identified root cause of automated processing system failures and implemented
countermeasures. Performed benchmarking and process capability studies and presented
findings to management to change processing parameters. Developed, maintained and
documented standard operating and out-of-control-action procedures to ensure product
specification and quality requirements. Responsible for integrated and non integrated metrology
tools performance and measurement accuracy, matching and quality control. Provided new
product setup and recipe creation, performance reviews using SPC analyzer, and new futures
implementation. Measured, characterized and improved product variability through application of
statistical control procedures. Analyzed production operations to identify and develop new or
improved manufacturing processes. Created and maintained the OCAP (OUT-OF-CONTROL
ACTION PLANS) procedures relevant to the manufacturing process. Personally designed,
implemented, and evaluated process related experiments. As an active member of process
review and risk assessment boards defined the acceptance criteria of proposed changes,
applied structured problem solving methods to identify and eliminate root causes of issues,
evaluated new assembly techniques and tool upgrades, proposed and implemented
recommendations.
