Project involved the simultaneous migration of over 2MM accounts and 800 processes. Managed team of

7 reports to redevelop each product.

• Selected to turn around product conversion team from an on time rate of 52% to 98% thru

utilization of process improvement methodology and implementation of regular reporting rhythm

with key stakeholders. Changes resulted in 0 days of product downtime.

• Partnered cross functionally to institute a company wide early warning system and issue

resolution process allowing business to proactively manage issues and align resources. Process

so effective it is now used for all new product rollouts.
