Tested operational asset activity (acquisitions and dispositions) by performing valuation research.

Involved heavily with management in the refinancing/modification process of > $100MM debt.

Experienced with a variety of fund-level organizational structures (LP’s, LLC’s, fund of funds).

Public Real Estate Investment Trust Audit ($3 Billion AUM)

Heavily involved in the due diligence process of issuing Comfort Letters to Goldman, Sacs & Co. for the

issuance of common stock with an aggregate offering price of $125MM.

Successfully led a team in the audit of 13 Joint Venture entities as a second-year associate, including the

provision of value added services on the preparation and presentation of financial information.

Performed Discounted Cash Flow modeling and Stress Test analysis to assess impairment of assets.

Pre-IPO Audit of leading radiation company (funded by PE firm with $7B AUM)

Involved in the due diligence process for a first time 3-year multi-location audit in preparation for S1

filing.

Advised client on accounting and industry developments and proposed business performance

improvement initiatives.
