Using SAP – Business Warehouse, I automated the reports necessary for assembly of the Investor Relations quarterly and annual

reports to the investor community as well as assembly and production for 8K, 10Q and 10K filings with the SEC.

Sr Business Analyst –Business Services (2006-2007)

Automated monthly reporting process for Strategic Planning & Operations (SPO) which includes Business Development, Supply

Chain, IT and Legal.

Identification and reconciliation of inconsistencies among business units with respect to reporting responsible vs. target reporting.

Maintained business unit hierarchies in SAP to eliminate the need for off-line reconciliation for Rates, Supply Chain and IT

Corporate Support reporting.

PCA Conversion –Project manager for conversion of FirstEnergy Solutions (FES) monthly financial statement reporting method

from a combination of responsible and target view to the corporate financial reporting standard, which is Profit Center

Accounting (PCA)

Sr Business Analyst – Risk Control (2003-2004)

Detected and reconciled a major problem between FE and FES whereby electric usage was being sent from FE to FES (via EDI),

but FES was not billing the usage to the customers.

Sr Business Analyst – Retail Billing (Aug 2002-Oct 2003)

ABP Conversion – Project lead in the upgrade of the competitive gas retail billing system from pre-existing billing platform

(ANGIS-Automated Natural Gas Information System) to the billing system used for electric retail billing. ABP (Advanced

Billing Platform). Retail gas billings at this time were $300M annually.

Sarbanes-Oxley – Worked with FirstEnergy Internal Auditing to define, develop and implement test scripts for concurrent use

during parallel processing post ABP conversion; developed preventive and detective controls as well as process development and

documentation for transactions with an impact to financial reporting.

Cash Flow Enhancement – Developed monthly tracking system for gas billings which reduced the time between the receipt of

billing data and subsequent invoicing by FES.

Late Payment Charge Process – Implemented late payment charge process for gas retail billings which resulted in approximately

$300k of increased income in the first 6 months of implementation.

administrative leadership. Provided ad hoc custom work and project management.

Developed and maintained an Access database which became the primary source of physician profiling.

Designed report content and layout for all global and physician peer-to-peer comparison reports.
