SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

During my career I have been involved in hundreds of building design, construction, and economic

projects. My experience includes all design and construction phases of costing, contract bidding and

negotiation. I have conducted hundreds of surveys and energy analyses of building systems and

produced recommendations for improving efficiency. I am formally trained and knowledgeable in software

and the use of Building Information Models for design, documentation, and analysis and have created

databases and software for construction estimating and value engineering purposes. Involved with data

translation issues, and worked with the ASHRAE technical committees to create standards for GBxml.

I am particularly proud of my experience in Energy Modeling. Project examples (using E-Quest, Carrier

and Trane Trace) include: Wildwood Community Center (NJ), Inman Middle School (Atlanta), Defense

Personnel Supply Center, Lenfest Mastery School, Fels High School, Samuel Fleisher Memorial,

Grumblethorpe House, Physick House, (Phila.), One Justice Plaza (DC), Reston Heights (VA), Reardon
