PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
I have over twenty five years experience in directing and managing the development of
construction programs, plans, specifications, and contracts for projects from concept through
construction, both on a local and a national level. As a Project/Construction Manager, my
expertise lies in my ability to understand the construction needs of the Owner and to
communicate those needs to the architect, engineer, and contractors. My experience and
leadership skills allow me to manage multiple projects, project managers, and superintendents
in multiple locations efficiently. I understand that successfully meeting budget, schedule, and
expected quality are the KEYS to a successful construction project. I have extensive knowledge

• Direct construction programs for multiple nationally known clients, including estimating,
lease review and negotiation, site review, architectural and engineering review, and
general construction review and coordination, and contract review.
• Work closely with the client’s real estate, legal, IT, and design teams to generate a
feasible construction project to meet the client’s goals in both timeframe and budget.
• Insure that the design professionals, as well as the contractors, implement the client’s
wishes and needs in plans and specifications for numerous types of facilities---call
centers, data centers, banks, and retail centers.
• Work with the local codes officials to garner building permits in timely fashion to help
insure work progress and schedules.
• Manage the progress and performance on each project of the design professionals and
construction team to assure the Owner of progress and design.
• Track costs and schedules to achieve project budget and timeframe.
• Review job status and assess work to insure compliance with desired quality, scope,
safety, and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a diligent watch on the financial process and budget throughout the project.
• Insure the timely delivery of any and all required O & M manuals, as-built drawings, red
line drawings, submittals, and warranties.
• Conduct on site inspections throughout the construction process, compile complete and
comprehensive reports for the Owner, and maintain accurate communication between
all parties.
