Audit Coordinator

Conducted Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing and provided administrative support for the Audit department.

• Conducted Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance testing, often 3-5 audits at one time, to determine adequacy

and effectiveness of internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements resulting in

meeting SEC filing deadlines.

• Performed TS 16949 audits to ensure yearly TS 16949 certification for the Elk Grove Village plant.

government. FedSource operates under the franchise granted to the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

• Audited, approved, established, maintained, controlled and protected customer files and paperwork to

ensure that all files were compliant to federal regulations and organizational standards.
