As the General Manager, I was responsible for the overall operations and profitability of the
Chicago office including the recruiting, hiring, training and managing of five (5) recruiters/staff
with 2008 Gross Revenues of $450K (as of 7/2008).
Responsible for driving all sales and leading all business development efforts for the Chicago

Full cycle recruiter responsible for: new business development; account management; candidate
development and management; internal management reporting; and new employee recruitment,
hiring and training.
Account Management for 25 regionally HQ clients, with revenues ranging between $2M and
