molding, quality control, maintenance, and purchasing.

Responsible for manufacturing process development and

documentation, production planning, process improvement and

lean manufacturing implementation.

Directed all aspects of a Jaguar automotive dealership

electrical interconnection devices used on the Trident

("nitinol") shape memory alloys used for hydraulic

couplings, orthodontic wire, and actuator springs.

Development and optimization of melting, forging, and
