and stability. My background is varied giving me knowledge of many types

finance, insurance, medical, and construction. My management background is

WORK HISTORY
Idearc Media, LLC- consulting with clients about media trends in the market
place as it related to their individual business. Products included
internet-based programs such as Search Engine Marketing, building custom
websites, Google Adword Certified to help educate and assist clients to be
found on major ISPs, Yellow Page advertising specialist, and direct mail
program design.
2020 Companies- selling conversion products for Verizon FiOS telephone,
internet, and television bundles.
Denrichusa Consulting- My company specializes in organizing, planning,
selling, marketing, products and services for retail and wholesale buyers.
Towne Bus Company- School bus driver for special students with major

New Beginnings Christian Center- Construction and Maintenance Manager for a
church on Long Island in New York. Planned construction, hired
contractors, ordered materials, kept financial records, met with
inspectors, and made reports of expenses and budgets.
Franklin First Financial Mortgage Bank- Worked with clients to secure loans
for mortgages. Extensive paperwork skills and customer service to satisfy
potential clients. Used computer skills constantly.

service contracts. Worked with both homeowners and contractors selling

Surveyed clients, assessed the target markets, and compiled the data to
design a compelling sales message on the website. Performed editing,
billing, and record keeping.
Buy Owner- Providing homeowners a method of selling their homes without
listing on a multiple listing system by providing them with advertisement
on television and internet.
Insurance Agent/Manager/Underwriter, customer service Summaries- licensed
under several companies in 5 states over a 16 year period. Career demands
include understanding of laws, contracts, extensive use of computers and
multiple software programs including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and the
Internet. Worked in a call center as a customer service rep. I was
responsible to recruit and train agents as a manager. And while working
for the Dept. of Insurance in Kentucky, I counseled and gave technical
assistance to State Agencies concerning risk management and their insurance
needs. I also issued vehicle insurance for State vehicles and helped
develop guidelines for outside vendors bidding to cover certain risks of
the State. My duties consisted of keeping detailed records of all
transactions, providing training to department heads, and worked with the
IT department to develop a new computer system (Oracle) which is now in use
in Kentucky.
Drove firetrucks for 5 years in Fort Worth, Texas and semi-tractor trailers
for 1 year in Los Angeles, CA.
