Anambra-Imo River Basin (Owerri, Nigeria)

Assigned as a member of the project team. Worked on design, construction, and setup of the River Basin bottled water processing plant.

Assisted the project team managers in management of the Abiriba Water

Supply Scheme Project. Performed vendor bid analysis, planned, coordinated and administered procurement, and quality audit.

Communicated extensively with vendors to develop project scope baseline and to create the work breakdown structure (WBS).

Developed a template for the Bill of Engineering Measurements (BEME).

Sampled refined petroleum products from the tank farm, third party facilities, and from oil vessels at the jetty.

Performed various quality assurance analyses such as flash point, viscosity, copper corrosion, electrical conductivity, particulate contamination, and distillation tests on sampled petroleum products at the depot laboratory.

Compared safety and quality test results with ASTM Standards before preparation and issuance of the certificate of quality (C of Q).
