Please find my resume' attached. I have a strong and diversified

background in the construction industry. I have been directly responsible

for construction projects over the last nineteen years of my career. In

that time there has never been a lost time incident on any of my projects.

I worked as a Construction Manager for a tier one automotive supplier,

where I successfully managed the construction of a 77,000 sq ft tube mill,

which began construction in October of 2003 and was completed on time, May

1st, 2004. The project finished within ten thousand dollars of the original

3.9 million dollar bid. Concurrently, I oversaw the construction of a

136,000 sq ft, 7.9 million dollar addition of assembly and stamping bay

additions to our Tennessee plant. I had one manager onsite, while I visited

the site biweekly. My professional work ethic and ability to hold one

accountable while maintaining a team relationship has brought me much

success in managing construction contracts.

Duties included:

. Procure AE design firms for capital projects.

. Manage AE design and goals.

. Approve contractors.

. Evaluate contractor bids, exhibits.

. Recommend contract award to company president.

. Visited sites regularly to inspect means and methods, compliance with

documents.

. Review all change order requests and deny or accept.

. Review all pay applications and deny or recommend payment to company

president.

. Maintain all documentation.

. Produce final punchlists and require compliance.

. Approve closeout documentation.

After completing my construction technology degree at Lawrence

Technological University and prior to MTI, I worked for a large mechanical

contractor in project management. I was responsible for mechanical

projects, including shop/field coordination for the Oakwood Hospital

renovation project ($10MM) in 1990.

I have used Microsoft software family products for over 20 years. I

currently use Expedition, Primavera and Timberline.

Yours Truly,

Kent A. Scharboneau
