Production artist with diverse work experience, including
proofreading, scanning, pre-press and graphic production work for
small design firm and large production facility. Pre-production work
involved taking customer supplied art and transferring the art into a
useable format which sometimes required re-drawing or completely
redesigning art. Sometimes entire designs had to be re-created from
scratch. After this process was completed, the artwork had to be
stepped- up to go onto whichever press or process was being used for
output. Sometimes this process required several processes and it was
necessary to constantly proof the work all the way through to
production.
