operations, customer liaison, PPAP, ISIR, problem solving, Kiazan
activities, 5 S program, PPM reduction, etc. Staff of 25.

1992 Plastic Products, Nash, TN
Tier I automotive plastic supplier for Chrysler, Saturn, Ford, Toyota.
Implemented training for new and existing employees. Reduced scrap by 2%
overall (4 shifts). Introduced "best practice" and safety first techniques
for manufacturing processes. Employee awareness program for products being
produced. Disbanded assembly area and moved operations to press for
reduction in labor and increased production levels.
Production Supervisor:
Direct responsibility for 1st and 2nd shifts. Trained operators on Quality
and work methods to increase efficiencies by 63% in 3 weeks and go to zero
