Deployment of Oracle Service modules: Configured per business
requirements. Provide subject matter expertise; completed 3 successful
upgrades, and second level support.
Automation of Depot Repair: Company outsourced all product repairs to a 3rd
party vendor (CTDI), which required a series of 9 inbound and 4 outbound
interfaces to send Service Requests, process receipt of customer product,
inventory transactions and process Shipments in Depot Repair, as well as
processing repair charges. This was one of the largest and most challenging
and successful projects completed that resulted in major cost saving to the
business.
Custom Forms: Designed and implemented two custom forms used to enhance the
Oracle shipping process. These forms are used to Pick Release and Ship
Confirm sales orders providing users additional visibility to order and
line holds, shipping notes, manage ship sets, ship early and ship complete
functionality absent in Oracle's seeded shipping transaction screen. This
resulted in major shipping cycle time improvements.

Custom Oracle Module: Designed a custom module within Oracle to track
distributor inventory and Distributor point of sale transactions. This
Distributor Management module is used to manage inbound Point of Sale EDI

transactions based on the approval of the request for credit.
