• Manufacturing Engineer at Stryker Medical, Kalamazoo, December 2008 – Till date
o Production safety and customer support.
o Highly proficient in Quality- customer experience, improvising line layouts and
processes, improving First Pass Yield percentage for EMS team, maintaining
DPM’s and monitoring scrap.
o Supported on time delivery of parts/ products. Worked through multiple ship-
holds, rework issues, line issues, ECO’s and equipment issues in order to keep
the production moving.
o Worked on cost reductions, router scrubs, designing fixtures for assembly and
fabrication, Standard work instructions (WI’s).
o Actively involved in Corrective and Preventive action (CAPA) closures, Process
FMEA’s, Engineering Change Order implementation, Process Change Order
