appointments to eliminate detention and create a better work flow. Also set up LTL door to get trucks in and out quickly.
Coordinated and scheduled trucks for outsourcing and recycling (Up to 200 trucks per month). Received Bridgestone's
Presidents Award in 2009 for excelling in this area. Coordinated and reported natural rubber container unloading to minimize
demurrage costs. (Reduced demurrage costs by over $200,000 in 2006 to $0 in 2009.) Set up procedure for bulk unloaders
(carbon black) to keep up with FIFO of rail cars to minimize detention costs.
