Inc.
• Led a project to implement Pull System in the silent Knight manufacturing plant which is
part of supply chain of fire alarm systems in the Life safety division of Honeywell
Automation and Control Systems.
• Saved annual cost of 209K through reduction of head count by combining two production
lines at the Silent Knight manufacturing facility.
• Led implementation of manufacturing metrics at the production floor of Quan Emerteq, a
