Formerly Massey Search Group, GreenPLUG provides staffing solutions to
heavy-industrial EPC corporations.
Co-Founder, 2009 to Present Senior Recruiter, 2006 to 2009
Played a key role in the expansion of Massey Search Group (MSG), a family-
owned EPC recruitment firm founded by C. Doug Massey in 1993. Co-Developed
GreenPLUG Staffing, a leading talent acquisition firm exclusively dedicated
to the retention of executive, senior management, professional, technical
and construction support personnel for heavy-industrial EPC clients, both
domestic and international. Before rebranding as GreenPLUG Staffing in
January 2009, MSG celebrated its most profitable year, billing revenues in
excess of $475K. Managed daily office operations, including the training,
support, and management of a staff of three recruitment specialists.
Developed and implemented targeted search and marketing strategies based on
specific requirements to identify well qualified professionals in order to
meet client staffing needs.

supervised the development of GreenPLUG's corporate identity package,

Negotiated approximately thirty-five employment offers annually (on
average), including salary, benefits, bonus, and relocation packages; many
of these offers involved international candidates requiring work-visa
sponsorship.
Traveled to conduct meetings with client Human Resources and Operations
Management in order to further develop business relationships, and to hold
progress briefings when working on special searches.

Implemented company's first applicant tracking system. Managed the upload
and transfer of more than 5500 client and candidate files into hosted ATS
database, maximizing data organization, maintenance, and security.
Managed the retention and utilization of internet recruitment resources
used to maximize search and sourcing capabilities, including: major job
networks, niche job boards, and social/professional networking communities.
Developed and implemented business development, marketing, and advertising
