of Hong Kong based Pico International, a leading global provider of
integrated experiential marketing services.
Key Accomplishments: Reduced excessive overhead by $300K within the
first 3 months of the assignment.
GLOBAL H/R LEADER - E.I. DUPONT - WILMINGTON, DE - 2007 - JULY 2008
Human Resource business partner to the $800MM Building Innovations
Strategic Business unit of DuPont with over 800 employees and major
offices in Wilmington, Geneva and Hong Kong
Key Accomplishments: Partnered with sales leadership to reorganize
the sales team from a horizontal organization to a vertically
integrated, geographically diverse team to achieve customer intimacy.
The reorganization resulted in cost savings of over $600K annually
with improved customer relations.
VP - CORPORATE SERVICES - MICE NORTH AMERICA - LAS VEGAS, NV - 2002 -
2007
One of five executive staff members to grow this wholly owned
subsidiary of UK owned MICE International from $-0- in April of 2002
to $100MM in revenue with an employment base of 470 employees in June
of 2007.
Key Accomplishments: Developed and implemented employee benefit
package, 401(k) plan, recruitment and retention strategies, training
and marketing plans for this experiential marketing provider. Served
as benefit and 401(k) Plan Trustee and as Corporate officer.

Independent H/R and General Management consultant for clients such as
Start-Up Internet Services Provider, Municipal government, General

Key Accomplishments: Developed from conception employee-friendly
business based policies and practices for two start-up companies,
creating the employee benefit packages, employee guides, compliance
documents, policy manual, management guides and compensation and

Drove H/R practices for 1,700 full-time employees and managed 12
direct reports across the United States and Canada for the largest
General contractor in the Trade Show and convention industry.

throughout the US and Canada to integrate H/R practices with business
needs moving the H/R function from an administrative role to that of a

Brought to the Corporate Headquarters to execute loss prevention
measures that had been successful in the Mid-West division to this

comprehensive safety and loss prevention method that drove the overall
work related injury costs down by 18% ($935K) within 24 months.
Reduced workers compensation claims by 16% over the same period of
