9/2005- 4/2009 Pentair Water Pool and Spa

Pentair is a global, diversified operating company. Pentair generated 2007

sales of $3.3 billion.

General Manager and Commercial Sales Manager

1. Successfully built a commercial sales organization, negotiated new

agreements with current and new distributors in North America and

closed deals to achieve an overall 48% sales increase while growing

bottom line profits to 15%. Our sales success was achieved in one of

the worst economic downturns in a generation.

reasonability, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Technical Support,

Production, Software and Product Development and Sustaining

6/2003-9/2005 Acu-Trol, Inc.

Acu-Trol, Inc. is a $4 million electronics manufacturer of water quality

management controllers.

Chief Executive Officer

After building a successful sales and marketing program for Acu-Trol, I was

asked by the Board to lead the company. I ran the entire enterprise.

Retaining our largest customer and becoming the solution provider for their

national commercial pool water management program as well as increasing our

dealer base resulting in record sales of over 10% per year

1. Developing and releasing new products faster with fewer release

glitches. As a result we released the first wireless controller

program that has full real-time controller functionality over the

internet;

2. Increasing inventory turns to 5.5 per year and lowering inventory

dollars by 15%. We were able to reinvest those saved inventory

dollars into marketing and sales;

3. Focused the company by purchasing and implementing an ERP system

called Macola resulting in efficiencies that increased the bottom line

by 10%. Negotiated new lines of credit and reduced our tax

liabilities.

4. Structured and marketed the company to complete the sale to Pentair.

6/2000- 6/2003 RW Lyall and Company

R.W. Lyall and Company is a privately held leading manufacturer of gas

piping products and services.

Waterpik Technologies is $250 million leading manufacturer of health and

well-being products, PIK on the NYSE.

strategic marketing plans for all brands and products worldwide through my

empowered employees.

1. Built successful branding strategies for all new and existing product

lines and increased brand awareness resulting in a 79% increase in

sales and 200% in margin. Developed a pool builder loyalty program

called ProEdge and increased brand loyalty by 30% and managed a

marketing and product development staff of 20.

2. Introduced a new fiber optic lighting product line in '98 resulting in

first year revenues of $2 million and launched over twenty-five

profitable new products via acquisitions, internal development and

cross marketing agreements generating $14 million in new business.
