1. Promoted to Inside Sales Engineer after 15 months. Quoted over 150

International and North American customers also supporting 8 territory

manager's direct requests and traveling support. Provided technical

sales and customer support on Avtron DC ADD32 and ACCel 500 AC drives

and the entire Avtron encoder line of incremental encoders. Performed

equipment and crane engineering surveys for resistor, drive system and

wound rotor motor upgrade bid requests.

6. Directly managed an 11-person new co-generative power plant consisting

of Nebraska boilers, two cogeneration turbines, water/boiler feed system,

sensors, switchgear and motor control centers. Provided project

management support for new phase III addition and HMI changes required

due to installation of a new 8 megawatt co-gen turbine.

7. Personally directed all high voltage 69kv/13.2kv/4160/480-volt

distribution maintenance, new construction and 24/7 hands-on technical

support for the two natural gas Solar//Caterpillar turbines, that

supply 13-megawatts production to the Kent State campus. Managed and

ensured all OSHA/EPA compliance, NFPA 72 fire code and ASME boiler

inspection compliance. Directed 5 total campus 69KV power outages.

8. Evaluated and complied with state mandatory annual evaluations.

Implemented a power factor control savings program and an arc flash

compliance program.

responsibility from supervisor trainee to front line supervisor in 13

weeks - scheduled skilled trades and implemented an SPC maintenance

program. Directly supervised 4 turn foreman, and up to 60 employees in a

24-hour operation.

. Planned and executed a two-month repair outage for a 54" blooming mill

replacement. The WCI Blooming mill realized $300 million annual profit

under my direction and maintenance program. Performed scheduled

maintenance for the 54" Blooming mill, maintained cranes to 200 tons such

as stripper cranes, pit cranes, and slab handling.

. Started electrical supervisor career working for Niles Republic Finishing

Mill from pickling operations to temper mill.
