Objective

My goal is to find a position where I can use my nine years of

accounting (A/P and A/R) and auditing experience, my research,

investigative, and problem solving skills and experience, my

excellent written and verbal communication skills, my project

and program support experience, and administrative support

skills. I am self-motivated, customer focused, able to multi-

task and prioritize activities, able to work with a minimal

amount of supervision, either individually or in a team

environment, and able to professionally negotiate difficult

issues with other stakeholders. I have the ability to identify

and quickly assess a situation requiring improvements and act

with appropriate urgency. I show good judgment in resolving

issues, am able to maintain confidential information, and work

to detail. Having been a Microsoft employee for 13 years, I

also have experience with SAP and Microsoft software programs

and tools.

During the period I was bartending, I was also going to college

full time to earn my Administration of Criminal Justice degree,

participating in an internship as a Criminal Investigator at The

Defender Association in Seattle, WA., and was caring for my

elderly mother.

Supported the Sr. Business Manager for the OEM Biz Mgmt. Team:

* Using Microsoft Visio 2007, I was responsible for the

creation and maintenance of space maps for multiple buildings

showing where all of the department employees were located.

* Assisted in updating alias lists of everyone in the Corporate

VP's organization (over 450 people worldwide), identifying

changes to be made.

* Supported Sr. Business Manager with various events, for very

high-level meetings, business reviews, and special occasions.

* Responsible for maintaining permissions and uploads for

various Share Point sites for Business Review sessions and

special projects.

* Supported Sr. Business Manager with various projects, such as

working with outside vendors to coordinate the purchase and

screen-printing of flash drives/cases and the upload of

content for a book to be distributed to Country Managers

worldwide, and supplying shipping information.

* Responsible for managing/tracking of over 250 attendees to a

major yearly conference held out of state, as well as

planning multiple side meetings, private meetings, and

dinners at hotels in the area. Managed contracts and

billings for all meetings. Acted as liaison for Business

Administrators with hotel staff for all catering and

equipment needs.

* Coordinated events for Women's Professional Development

series including securing space/special room configuration,

providing materials, warm-up/ice breaker games, attendance

list, nametags, check-in, coordinating catering

setup/teardown, room cleanup and reset, etc. Provided

attendance summary after event.

default configuration after each use or reset to

configuration needed for next meeting.
