Multi-faceted, visible leadership role, working closely with C-level

executives and coordinating activities across numerous business units.

Evaluate and provide insight into existing and new markets, new customers,

new products, services, structures, and technologies. Provide guidance and

direction to the budgetary, strategic and operational planning processes.

experiencing significant operating issues.

Drove Multiple Acquisitions:

. Inpart Servicos Ltda, an electronic exchange for the purchase and sale of

vehicle replacement parts in Brazil, enabling Brazilian Insurers to save

over 10% per claim in repair cost. Acquisition was key in helping meet

increased demand from clients for access to integrated historical

information.

. UC Universal Consulting Software (UCS), a leading provider of software

and services to collision repair facilities in Germany, with more than

1,300 attractive customers. Initiative expanded product and service

offering to customers in the German market and provides additional value

to the largest insurance company customers in the region.

. AUTOonline, 40% margin leading European eSalvage vehicle exchange

platform, bringing together buyers and sellers of salvage and fleet

remarketing vehicles in 18 countries. Acquisition created a new revenue

stream and accelerated expansion possibilities in other geographies,

while further enhancing relationships with insurance company and

independent assessor customers.

. Reacquired market rights in Greece through skillful negotiations with

1999-2002: AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING (ADP)

One of the largest independent computing services firms in the world, with

over $7B in revenues and 500,000 clients.

Contributed to ADP success by leading company-wide business development

strategy, including development and assessment of new business

opportunities, execution of company mergers and acquisitions, and

significant strategic alliances and joint ventures. Worked

synergistically, and in collaboration with cross-functional business

leaders to achieve corporate, operational and transactional goals.

Drove Transactions that Generated Profitable Revenue Opportunity of over

$200M:

. Avert, a leading pre-employment verification company with revenues of

approximately $18M, allowed 3,000 sales people to sell web-based pre-

employment verification products. Agreement expanded ADP's value-added

services for small and mid-sized businesses.

. netBOA, a leading provider of COBRA, HIPPAA and Direct Retiree Billing

administrative services, solidifying the recurring revenue payroll

customer base.

. Traver Technologies, provider of front-end training and consulting

packages to nearly 300 dealerships throughout North America. Deal

enabled ADP to successfully provide a front-end solution to 22,000 new

Established M&A group in the Philadelphia market, successfully generating

and executing multiple corporate advisory opportunities, most notably PQ

1997-1998: CORESTATES
