Sigma Medical Group, a St. Elizabeth Regional Health (SERH) partner, was

established in 2004. This non-profit, hospital-owned physician network is

comprised of 32 physicians with 14 medical specialties.

. Directed and supervised the day-to-day functions of 40 direct staff

located in six Primary Care, and Specialty Care practices in

accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and

regulations. Effectively implemented Practice Management model for all

practices; including clinical leadership and supply chain management.

. Planned and implemented vendor migration resulting in significant

savings, improved operational systems, processes and polices in

support of the organization's mission.

. Successfully managed specialty practice design and construction from

project conception to completion.

. Proactively participated in the EPIC Ambulatory project for SSFHS

including SSFHS Corporate Steering Committees (EMR, Quality,

Compliance).

. Negotiated rental lease agreement for a new family practice, including
