CONSULTATIVE PROJECTS

• Dow Corning Corporation: Helped create a new company to which Dow Corning could

outsource its accounts payable processing. With a small team, created the all the HR

processes such as selection, training, recruitment and compensation policies and related

applications for this new company.

Dow Corning Corporation HR Department: Created pre-screen questionnaires for

employment candidates at Cow Corning Corporation for all job families. Presented the

final documents at a meeting at the corporate office.

Indiana University Northwest: For the university’s assessment center, assessed

management abilities of junior and senior level management students looking for jobs in

their field of study.

Central Michigan University Management Department: With a small team, created a new

assessment center for students getting their minor in leadership. Created and modified

rating scales, rated participants and wrote individualized technical reports based on the

results.

Central Michigan University HR Department: Analyzed data statistically and wrote a

technical report with recommendations for the strategy and organizational development

office for the safety training processes of all university employees. Also presented the

findings to the department at a meeting.

PreVisor Consulting LLC: Analyzed data on a set of pre-employment tests offered by this

organization and used by many of this company’s clients. Checked on these tests’

relationship with the performance dimensions using validity estimates. Wrote a technical

report and presented the conclusions.

Job Analysis: Ran a detailed job analysis involving creation of competencies, pre-

employment selection measures and performance appraisal using data from general

dentists operating in San Francisco.
