• Managed the system (17 servers) for the Wireless Performance Portal (WPP) a subscription-based online

reporting service; changing over from ePerformance to WPP on a site by site basis.

Position: Project Manager at Nortel Networks 6/2007 – 12/2009

• Manage a subscription-based online performance monitoring and reporting service which generates approx

$5M+ in revenue

• Manage 17 servers that support the WPP applications, which include database servers.

• Responsible for the daily management of three personnel and work closely with associated teams including

the Product Leader, Tools Development, Support, Engineering and Mediation. As the PM I work with tools

and process-related items associated with the implementation, development, and maintenance including all

hardware and software upgrades.

• Responsible for the successful and timely completion of each upgrade and hardware change.

• Act as a change agent and provide leadership to cross-functional teams for successful project completion

• Managed all the coordination between teams for resolution, root cause analysis and prevention.

Position: Analyst/Support for Operate Service at Nortel Networks 1/2001 – 6/2007

• Assist with revenue recognition in Assistant Operate Services (under Operate Services) by working with

Order Management to ensure that all Assisted Operate Services jobs are coded correctly.

• Work with Management to use “recognition” type tools to follow jobs beginning to end for revenue analysis

and reporting for proper departmental credit.

• Provided business analysis to the AO leader and management team that included utilization tracking, expense

tracking, and variance reporting.

• Also during this time I provided support to Operate Services General Manager and staff of 150+. Provide

assistance to managerial team by driving departmental actions, provide financial reports (work force

business working closely with management and Finance (CAPEX/OPEX).

• Provide technical expertise for various projects for multiple products Nortel offers that included supporting

While providing support to Operate Services I supported the following:

• 2004 – 2005 Provided assistance with Carrier Access Interoperability Lab by acting as the

business center; assisted in capital and/or lease investment proposals preparation, ordered

equipment, provided financial analysis, and administrative duties as needed. Provided

OCNIS/COEO reporting; including utilization, job analysis, and expense reporting for Lab

management. Provided capital asset tracking and reporting including; asset management and

maintenance of all capital data working closely with Finance, Capital Services and IOT lab

management. Developed a process for asset management specific to the lab. During this time I

worked closely with Finance, Capital Services, and Engineering.

• 2002-2004 Developed and maintained a standardized weekly metrics package for Succession

Leadership Category. Lead subject matter experts (Installation & Engineering) by gathering

necessary data from various tools and databases, provided technical tools support, build

necessary tools and presentations, and provide analysis for weekly at VP level meetings. Also

worked with Succession team to modify metrics package as required to support the Succession

Leadership Category.

Position: Analyst for Remote Validation Center Nortel Networks 10/2000 – 1-2001

• Develop standardized monthly metric packages, modifying as required to support the management team.
