“Development, interaction, participation, and reflection characterize our daily
performance”
Web Administrator / Photographer / Designer
Work closely with faculty and staff to maintain accurate information on the ASG’s
website as well as create posters and invitations for upcoming events
• Took training courses to learn the CMS program- ASG purchased software to
maintain the look and feel of their website. This system was called the Content
Management System. It was provided by the company, Eskadenia.
• Instructed students one-on-one with Adobe Products- Part of my position was
giving guidance to high school students for their projects and hobbies. These
programs were primarily Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS3

• Worked with local businesses to help grow their vision- The biggest group I
worked with was the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer. The project took
extensive planning and coordination to execute properly.
• Trained fellow faculty- The primary training was for Photoshop CS3. For 5
days, I instructed the staff on how to its tools and features. We covered simple
layer modes and then began a crash course of restoration, retouching, and color
balance.
Reynolds & Reynolds Co., Dayton, OhioJuly’07-August’09
Providing the automotive industry with the best possible solutions.
TAC Contact Management / Salespoint / LSI Consultant
Act as the direct contact between the Reynolds & Reynolds Co and the end user.
• Troubleshoot & Analyze- being a part of TAC makes me rely on software
knowledge and also intangible obscurities. I know what the software can do, it
takes a lot more to find out why it won’t do it correct, 100% of the time.
• Communication Barriers – since the TAC is a call center, I had to learn to how
to communicate a solution without visual aids. This required me to understand a
palette of verbal cues that could help the caller visually understand what I
needed to communicate without being physically present.
• Hot Caller – not every call taken is an enjoy one. Many calls placed are
aggressive and misunderstanding. This part of the job demanded me to remain
calm, and pacify the customer and still try to solve their problem while they are
not in the best moods to be told what to do.
• Quality Testing – I was given the opportunity to develop & test the next
version of the Contact Management software that I support at Reynolds.
• Became the subject matter expert for the Driver’s License Scanner Software.
