• Transportation Director. Managed transportation and maintenance requirements
for five major Explosive Ordnance Disposal commands and 27 operational sites
worldwide. Traveled to all sites to inspect equipment, maintenance practices, and
ensure all work orders reflected actual work performed and dollars spent.
Justified and secured over 2 million dollar procurement of 100 new vehicles
which included all documentation and movement from the European Theater to
the continental U.S.

months.
• Managed a quarterly maintenance budget of over $250,000 dollars, supervised
134 equipment operators and construction mechanics while responsible for the
maintenance of over 350 pieces of heavy and light construction equipment valued
at over $21million dollars.
• Mechanic School Instructor/Director, US Navy. Taught classroom and hands on
heavy and light equipment maintenance. This included tear down and rebuild of
gas engines, Cummins, Detroit and Cat diesel engines. Chassis instruction
included complete tear down and rebuild of track and drive components on D6
Cats. Other instruction included proper reporting procedures, hydraulic and
electrical systems.
• Contract representative to the Public Works officer. The QA responsible for Base
Operating Support (BOS) contract compliance on all runway repairs and
maintenance as well as all vehicle maintenance for a fleet of over 400 light and
heavy vehicles.
• Established a repair parts program in support of over $3.5 million dollars of heavy
construction and quarry equipment, which resulted in a 65% reduction of
equipment down time.
• Senior Field Service Representative in Iraq for the Army while fielding a new
19.6 million dollar Fixed Site Decontamination System throughout the country.
This included contract administration with the Army as well as training and
maintenance of the system.

• Transportation Manager for Waterpark Management Inc. Manage the day to day
maintenance operations for a fleet of over 200 vehicles for the world’s number
one water park.
• Manager Elk Mountain Ranch Operations, Inc. and Iron Bar LLC. Over seeing
cattle operations, new road construction and an eight million dollar building
project on three ranches totaling 88 square miles. June 2005 – Sept 2008.
