Corporate generalist with concentration on labor and employee relations and
regulatory issues.
. As chief negotiator of collective bargaining agreements with 4 unions
representing over 1250 employees, limited raises to 3% average, persuaded

billion dollar demands for an information services franchise, a city-wide
build with an all-fiber architecture and additional funding and free

landscape. Led to fewer and less costly litigations and settlements and
careful control of outside counsel fees.
. Chaired committee which maximized company performance and profitability
by reconstituting annual year-end bonus program from traditional
automatic holiday bonus to program based on reaching company,
departmental and personal goals.
