cohesive operating infrastructure, solidify market position and

maximize franchise sales.

advertising/promotions, contract negotiations and franchise operations

management. Led a staff of six responsible for franchise support,

advertising, branding and market development.

Scope of responsibility was diverse and included national territory

development, market analysis, franchisee recruitment/selection,

legal research/documentation, contract negotiations and franchise

start-up.

Assumed the initial responsibility of introducing our technology to

North America.

( Led the successful market introduction of the ACE Duraflo

product line to governing bodies nationwide and spearheaded the

successful approval processes.

. Introduced our products to major industries and was responsible

for the acceptance of our technology throughout North America.
