and awarded Master Developer Franchises in California, Maryland, Texas

2003
Promoted to Executive Vice President to plan and orchestrate the
complete reengineering of ACE DuraFlo's national franchise operations
following a change in corporate infrastructure. Challenged to create a
cohesive operating infrastructure, solidify market position and
maximize franchise sales.
Held full responsibility for strategic planning, marketing,
advertising/promotions, contract negotiations and franchise operations
management. Led a staff of six responsible for franchise support,
advertising, branding and market development.
. Authored strategic plans to maintain ACE DuraFlo's position as the
leading national franchiser and expand the franchise network
through strategic agreements with major branded lines while
negotiating a stock sale of $2.5 million.

Scope of responsibility was diverse and included national territory
development, market analysis, franchisee recruitment/selection,
legal research/documentation, contract negotiations and franchise
start-up.
Assumed the initial responsibility of introducing our technology to
North America.
( Led the successful market introduction of the ACE Duraflo
product line to governing bodies nationwide and spearheaded the
successful approval processes.

contract proposals through negotiations and contract agreements.
