As a spa receptionist I answer all incoming calls and schedule appointments for the Salon, Spa,
and Gym. I greet guests as they arrive to the Spa and check them in for all services. Once the
guest is checked in I escort them to the Spa. At check out I collect funds for all services and I
distribute gratuities as indicated.

As Executive Assistant / Front Office Coordinator I answer a multi-line phone and direct
incoming calls as needed. I greet patients as they arrive, hand them any required paperwork, and
contact the appropriate Doctor / Nurse. Once I receive the completed paperwork I make a color
coded chart. As patients are checking out, I collect any due funds and schedule any future
appointments. When new patients call in I either schedule a consultation or transfer them to the
appropriate Consultant. I am responsible for pulling all patient charts one day prior to
appointment, labeling all charts, filing all charts, updating all inventory, before and after pictures,
and charging out all surgery patients. I also run any errands that the general manager may have
for me.

charge of scheduling clients for eight advisors. I greet clients when they arrive, offer them water,
and contact the appropriate advisor. When a new client calls in, I take their contact information
and schedule them to meet with one of our advisors. Every day I use Microsoft Excel to make
anew hard copy of the following days schedule. I confirm all appointments the day before and
make the appropriate changes to the schedule. Prior to leaving I email the schedule to all of the
advisors.
