forms, which reduced the timeframe for issuing, evaluating, and

awarding contracts.

Andrew. Worked working with the US Army Corp of Engineers, FEMA.

areas as well as meals preparation and goods distribution programs.

. Developed comprehensive business plans including a Continuity of

Operations Plan (COOP), which would be implemented in times of a

disaster.
