I began employment with this company as a hostess.
Within three months I had been promoted to Cocktail
Server, and within six months of that I was a certified
trainer and shift leader. This means I was responsible
for the orientation and training of all new hires, who
would handle and serve food and drinks. Further, as a
shift leader I was responsible for all cocktail servers on
the floor, fundamentally a supervisor, I decided when
adjustments in staff were made, and the side work that
employees would do before they could leave. Further,
I was responsible for collecting tip-out for all service
support (bussers and runners), and bartenders.

Fargo’s computer system; how to input information
into the system; how to know the proper information to
input. Ship loans. Input data into Wells Fargo’s
computer systems in order to stay in compliance with
Wells Fargo’s guidelines.
I began with this company as a temporary employee for
the graveyard shift. I quickly became familiar with the
computer programs they used to draw docs. In less
than a month, I had become efficient with the computer
software programs, was made a permanent employee,
and had been promoted to a training position for new
doc drawing employees, be it, temporary or permanent.
2002-03 Receptionist/Doc Drawer FOOTHILL FUNDING INC.
Put loan packages in the correct order; fill out
information about such loans in order to ship to the
correct banks. Mail payment letters to borrowers.
Mail loan transfer information to insurance companies.
Answer payment questions a borrower may have.
Answer phones. I began with this company as a
secretary. Through hard work, and extreme motivation
I was quickly promoted to the shipper position in the
company. After proving that I could assume this
responsibility, and excel, I was once again promoted to
the doc drawer position. As, I excelled in this position,
I alleviated stress from other employees, as it was a
small, family owned business, and employees often
took on multiple tasks that may or may not have been
in their job description. With my ability to draw
numerous documents a day, I eliminated the need for
any other employee to do this job.
