creating online application and onboarding access for the entire
company on a single SAAS platform.

day time to fill, a 46 day decrease, with proactive pipeline

. Through centralization of staffing firms and proactive recruitment
pipelines, achieved a savings of almost $1MM in temporary cost savings
over prior year. Achieved an additional $290K in 2009 YTD.
. Engaged team in proactive sourcing and pipeline building to achieve a
$0.00 in spend of third party, full time placement fees in 2009,
resulting in a savings of almost $800K over predecessor.
