Group Manager, Talent Acquisition, Relocation and Brand Management

Develop recruitment policies, systems and procedures including strategies,

sourcing and selection techniques. Maintain records and compile

statistical reports concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, transfers,

turnover, promotions, relocation, brand effectiveness and terminations.

Major Accomplishments:

. Enhanced employment brand nationwide roll-out to include stores,

distribution centers, new stores and corporate. This became the first

time our corporate marketing team approved the usage of our employment

brand across social media and utilize it for traditional store

marketing.

. Partnered with HRIS team for implementation of new ATS (Kronos)

creating online application and onboarding access for the entire

company on a single SAAS platform.

. Managed Merchandising / PAR / Supply Chain open requisitions to an 18

day time to fill, a 46 day decrease, with proactive pipeline

candidates and solid networking.

. Through centralization of staffing firms and proactive recruitment

pipelines, achieved a savings of almost $1MM in temporary cost savings

over prior year. Achieved an additional $290K in 2009 YTD.

. Engaged team in proactive sourcing and pipeline building to achieve a

$0.00 in spend of third party, full time placement fees in 2009,

resulting in a savings of almost $800K over predecessor.

. Through management of relocation and vendor change, achieved a 26%

decrease in cost over prior year.

. Negotiation of job board contracts resulting in a decrease of more
