Project Design and Coordination
• Project Engineer/Manager, Villages of Aina Lea, design and permitting for all civil design
aspects for the 3,000 acre multi-use golf course community in Waikoloa, Hawaii.
• Civil Engineer for the North Kona Improvement District (NKID), consisting of a sewer
master plan for a fast-growing area/district on Hawaii’s Big Island.
• Civil Engineer for North Kona Expansion Area Plan (NKEAP), continuation of the sewer
