Objective: To become a valued member of a Medical team; focused on

the efficient delivery of medical services and the well

being of its patients.

Externship: Externed at Dr. Joseph Beaven, Highway 403, Charlestown,

Indiana, 47111. I completed the required 160 hours in 7

weeks, during the summer of 2009. I was given an excellent

recommendation.

Relevant Work Experience:

I held a clerical position in the hotel industry for 5

years.

I was a Front Office Manager for a large Hotel chain.

I worked in the Manufacturing industry after graduating

from Fanshawe College with a degree in Metallurgy in 1987.

Responsible for C.M.M. programming and metrological

applications for I.S.I.R submissions, blueprint controls,

worked with Engineers in problem solving, Laboratory

testing and many of the functions required in a laboratory

environment.

Positive Attributes:

Improving my own intellectual capabilities and helping others in

need; were my two main motivators in seeking a career in

the Medical field. I recognize the importance of Teamwork

and I always strive to help my co-workers excel. I am a

quick study when there is work to be done and work well

under pressure. I hold myself to a high standard for

reliability and as a result have an excellent attendance

record.

Education: Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ivy Tech in 2010 with a

degree in Associates of Applied Science with a

concentration in Medical Assisting.

Creative Health Institute, Certified Practitioner in Health

and Healing through Nutrition, Exercise and Education

Member of Phi Beta Kappa

1987 Graduate of Fanshawe College, in London, Ontario, Canada with a

degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
