Current Position

In my time at CoStar, I've led efforts to re-brand and

reposition the company from the inside out. Launched highly

successful B2B acquisition and retention initiatives

including winback campaigns which garnered more than a 30%

return. Launched the first ever interactive real-time map

view of the commercial real estate market online. Developed

and launched Showcase.com, which is the leading commercial

property search engine online. The marketing campaigns for

Showcase.com we launched to support B2B sales have helped

triple the number of broker subscriptions. Developed and

launched an onboarding campaign for new subscribers

including a welcome kit and users guide, webinar schedule,

research brochure, and more. Helped develop and launch the

CoStar Knowledge Center online, which includes weekly

webinars, how-to videos and more. Developed and launched

CoStar "Shine & Rise" recruiting campaign online and

offline. Created advertising campaigns for new CoStar

business acquisitions. Developed advertising campaigns for

philanthropic partnerships. Developed an award winning

"Power Broker Award" website and multi-platform campaign

which recognizes the best in the business. Currently

developing CoStar YouTube, CoStar University, a Viral Video

campaign for recruiting, various promotional microsites,

competitive campaigns and a B2C campaign for Showcase.com.

Overseeing of the creative department CoStar UK. Lead role

in team building and rebuilding to strengthen the

department creatively. Together, we create integrated,

humanistic campaigns that position CoStar as the premier

Led creative direction and strategy for teams comprised of

Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers - entirely in

Spanish. Developed award winning creative solutions and

multi-channel communications for beauty, wellness, and

pharmaceutical brands. Won 8 new business pitches in my

time there (presenting in Spanish). The 2 most satisfying

were winning the Viagra account from an agency under review

(then winning 2 international creative awards) and beating

out 4 global agencies for a new venture between Pfizer and

El Mundo - we called it Codigo Salud. Client interfacing

Senior Art Supervision/Direction for large pharmaceutical

brands. Developed integrated ?campaigns and global brand

initiatives. Took an unconventional approach to Pharma.

Product Group Director Brand managers commenting on the

enormous success of the work produced. Developed and

Launched Smirnoff Mindflow event campaign. Codeveloped

Guinness Extra Stout special markets campaign which was so

successful it was rolled out Nationally. Developed TV,

Print and promotional campaigns for Affinia Hotels.

Developed and sold Squeez'r Juices OOH campaign. Developed

multiple advertising and on premise campaigns for J&B

including football and hunting promotions. Oversaw creation

of S&S corporate video. Client interfacing and pitching.

Creative Director/Owner at Fuel Station NYC

Fuel Station provided advertising, promotion, and branding

solutions online and offline. ?It was born out of a

perceived need for an integrated agency at a time when many

agencies were still single channel focused. Creative lead

for teams of designers, writers and programmers in the

development of multi-platform campaigns for both top tier

and emerging companies. 2 year retainer to develop 90% of

the online advertising content for MTV, MTVi, VH1, and

SonicNet. Created and produced leading edge campaigns which

increased awareness of online and on-air programming and

content which boasted an impressive CTR. Client interfacing

and pitching.
